History: The 1930 Wisconsin Badgers finished their season with an impressive 9-1 record.  It marked the highest win total for the team in a season since they began play in 1896. And for the first time since 1912, the Badgers won the undisputed baseball championship of the Western Conference. The University of Wisconsin is the only Big-Ten University that currently does not have a D-1 Baseball program having ceased play in 1991.
