History: Though the Tar Heels have logged some of their best seasons in the 21st century, the history books at Chapel Hill aren’t without their highlights. UNC’s first trip to the College World Series came in 1960 after clinching the ACC championship, a title they would take home again in 1964 with a perfect 14-0 conference record. For context, no other ACC team in history has ever gone undefeated conference play.
This design takes inspiration from retro UNC sweatshirts from the ‘70s and ‘80s, applying a felt patch with an embroidered edge to a vintage-style hoodie cut from a heavyweight French terry just like they made ‘em back in the day.
